I am pleased to report that my very fledgling attempts and boundless enthusiasm have resulted in the inspiration of a single, new, urban gardener. Hurrah!

My friend and colleague Reva — who has seen the nails in person — read my posts and was sufficiently inspired to explore the possibilities of urban gardening for herself and her family.

Initially, she reports, she tried the Sharing Backyards option (with limited success), then called City Farm Boy to come in and do a backyard consultation.

It doesn’t look like much yet, but I’m looking forward to seeing the After pics and maybe swapping some produce come summertime.
